Summary
A horrific crime is committed in Manceford County, N.C., but the perpetrators are set free because they were not read their rights, leaving Sheriff Bobby Lee Baggett and Lt. Cam Richter to face the wrath of the victims' families. An email arrives with a link to a video showing one of the murderers being executed in a home-made electric chair. Bobby and Cam must find the vigilante before he claims his second victim. Their search leads them to group of daredevils in western North Carolina who call themselves the cat dancers
