Summary
Caregiving for a loved one with Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia is often life-altering. Your days are suddenly full of endless to-do lists and frustratingly futile attemps to communicate with your family member or friend. Not to mention suddenly neglecting yourself daily. It is far too easy to get discouraged and burned out. But your loved one is not lost. They are there. All that you need to overcome those barriers is to learn their new language. Find strategies, exercises, proven tips, and learn to: use non-medical interventions to reduce anxiety and identify triggers; prioritize and make time for your own care and mental health; adjust and balance in your new role, for all generations including millennial caregivers; handle difficult medical decisions and learn to plan effectively
